I knew that is was only a matter of time…but I was nominated for the ALS Icebucket Challenge last night by my dear friend Chantal Sauve! I have personally watched this disease slowly claim the life of a person very dear to my family and have seen first hand how fast it progresses and how devastating it’s effects are on everyone close to the person affected.
